PrJSC "Vinnytsia Dairy Plant "ROSHEN"

Vinnytsia Dairy Plant "Roshen" started its production activity in June 2014. It is the main supplier of raw materials for the factories of the Corporation. The plant's design and construction meet all the requirements of the international standards of the quality and food safety.

The plant has a complex equipment produced by the world's leading manufacturer - the “Тetra Pak” company. All the engineering areas are equipped with leading machines and technologies of energy supply. The production area and the equipment serve about 250 people.

The capacity of the enterprise allows processing 600 tons of milk per day. The raw material supply is carried out from 8 regions of Ukraine. To do this, the plant has its own transportation company with modern trucks.

Today the plant produces the following products:

• dry milk, skim dry milk, dry cream
• caramelized dry milk
• butter, pasteurized cream 
• condensed milk with sugar
• milk fat and its fractions (olein and stearin).

The power of the production lines allows producing about 48 tons of dry milk products per day, up to 30 tons of oil, up to 18 tons of milk fat and up to 50 tons of condensed milk.

The plant has implemented a quality management and food safety systems in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001 (certificate dated 20 April 2015) and ISO 22000 (certificate dated 4 May, 2015). In April 2016, the factory obtained the certificate of food safety FSSC-22000. A certified laboratory of the enterprise ensures that the products comply with GOST (standardization system of Ukraine) and international standards. Manufactured products are regularly certified in compliance with "Коsher" and "Halal" standards. Product quality is carefully monitored at all stages of the production process, from reception of raw milk to test control of the finished product.

The products of the plant are exported to 30 countries, namely countries of Eastern Europe, Asia, North America and Africa. Vinnytsia Dairy Plant ROSHEN has successfully passed all the approval procedures and in September 2016 carried out the first delivery of its products to the EU, proving that Ukrainian enterprises are able to produce the quality products and compete in the most demanding markets.
