The duration of practical training for external candidates
"Masters School" training program was launched in 2016 and includes two programs: for external candidates who apply for the position of master technologist and for internal employees who occupy this position. Both programs have lectures, seminars, and workshops on the topic that covers the main areas of daily activity of master technologist, as well as additional topics, which help extend the range of conventional knowledge and skills used in the production.
The program for external candidates includes the theoretical training part, lasting 161 hours, and practical training part at the factory, lasting 35 shifts. The whole training course lasts 3 months. After training period, the summary examination is provided to the candidates, and according to its results the decision of the admission for the job is made. All candidates, applying for the program, are pre-selected.
The program for internal staff aims at certification training of ROSHEN engineers and includes the theoretical training which lasts 104 hours. After the course participants receive a certificate of ROSHEN Masters School.
The ROSHEN Corporation provides 2 modular programs of training for managers. Also, employees of the Corporation are trained in terms of competence evaluation within the Annual assessment. The aim of this training is to improve professional and useful skills and acquire new knowledge
