Ice rink in Kharkiv  

ROSHEN Corporation introduced a yearly tradition in Kharkiv, which is the installation of a huge ice rink for winter holidays in Svobody Square, the largest square in Europe. The ice rink was launched by ROSHEN near the central city Christmas tree in 2014. Since then the ice rink has become an inherent part of Christmas and New Year festivities for citizens and guests of Kharkiv.

The size of the ice rink is impressive: in 2016 the rink surface area equaled 1600 (!) sq.m. Admission to the rink is free, so everyone can take the ice and enjoy their skating to the enchanting tunes in the magic atmosphere of winter holidays. You can skate with your own skates, as well as rent them in the rental center near the ice rink and also leave your belongings safe there. Professional instructors will help those who set their foot on the ice for the first time or still feel insecure while skating.

Generally, the rink is open until March and over the season it is visited by around 70 000 people. The ice rink also arranges performances of professional skaters. The last winter days of 2017 were brightened by the talent of the dancers of the children’s ice show “Beshketnyky”.
