ROSHEN invites kids to visit one of its three confectionery factories in Ukraine.
Each tour begins with meeting the group at the factory entrance. The tour guide acquaints the kids with the story of the creation of ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation and tells about its products and factories. After that, the kids watch the movie that demonstrates how ROSHEN confectioneries are actually made. And then, the most interesting part begins - the tour continues in processing departments.
In Kyiv Factory, the kids have an opportunity to see what is happening in a processing department “Cookies”. When the production is suspended, the tour gets shortened.
Before visiting the production site, the younger school kids in Vinnytsia can fall into real confectioners, trying on sanitary clothes and making a token photo. After that, the tour continues in a processing department, where the kids see the process of making the candies “Shokolapky” or “Korivka”.
In Kremenchuk the kids observe the process of making and forming the caramel “Eclair” and “Molochna kraplya” from the viewing platform. The guide tells about the technological process of caramel making, explains the performance of overwrapping machines and the procedure of corrugated boxes folding. The kids can observe the process of packing candies in the bags with the help of the packaging equipment.
At the end of the tour the kids share their impressions with the guide, and then each of them gets a sweet gift.
Vinnytsia Factory launched a project on vocational guidance at the production site for high school and university students. The program acquaints the visitors with the peculiarities of the labour management in an industrial enterprise, informs what professions are involved, and tells about education and experience of their employees. Also, the visitors will hear the story of confectionery factory’s growth and development, will learn the manufacturing process of chocolate products, chocolate bars, etc. At the end of the program, each member of the group will receive a sweet surprise.
