







|  | Karl Marx Kiev Confectionery Factory Karl Marx Confectionery Factory, which specializes in chocolate and biscuit production, is of primary significance for ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation. When the factory was bought by ROSHEN the most modern equipment from leading world manufacturers was installed:
- A production line for chocolate bars with fillings from Mazzetti Renato S.r.l. (Italy) with packing equipment and wrapping machine from Loesch (Germany). It was put into operation in 1997.
- Three production lines for crackers with a total productivity of 3 ton per hour. The equipment was bought from Orlandi Company (Italy). Two lines were put into operation in 1991, the third line was launched in 2000.
- Chocolate mass production complex from Buhler A.G. (Switzerland), capable of producing up to 3 tons of mass per hour. It was put into operation in 2002.
- A completely automatic complex designed to manufacture sweets with liquid fillings, with cherry and without it, from Winkler und Dunnebier (Germany) with packing equipment from Loesch (Germany). The complex can produce 50 boxes of sweets per minute. It was put into operation in 2002.
- A production line for chocolates with cream and praline fillings with whole/grated nuts (or without them). The equipment of Mazzetti Renato S.r.l. (Italy) with packing equipment from Loesch (Germany) can produce 40 boxes of sweets per minute. It was put into operation in 2002.
- A production line for two-layer shortcake with a cream layer from Mazzetti Renato S.r.l. (Italy). It was put into operation in 2006.
Kiev Confectionery Factory also has several lines producing praline sweets, waffles, cakes, etc.
Vinnitsa Confectionery Factory Vinnitsa Confectionery Factory is one of the five biggest confectionery enterprises in Ukraine. It specializes in glazed waffles, waffle cakes, chocolate bars and sweets in boxes.
- Currently the factory has a production line manufactured by Hebenstreit (Germany) for glazed waffles and waffle cakes, the productivity of which is 1,200 kg per hour. The packing section was bought from Klockner Tevopharm (Holland). The line was put into operation in 2002.
- A production line designed by Lloveras (Spain) for chocolate bars (launched in 1997) and the equipment designed by Mondomix (Holland) for aerated chocolate (launched in 1998). The line's productivity is 400 kg per hour.
- A German-Austrian production line for jelly candies, the productivity of which is 2,5 tons per hour.
Moreover, the factory has several lines producing whipped sweets such as Ptichye Moloko, praline sweets, traditional caramel, Do Kavy sugar cookies, and waffles.
Kremenchug Confectionery Factory The factory specializes in manufacturing products of hard candy and roasted nuts / almonds type. The equipment installed at the factory does not have any analogues in Ukraine:
- A production line for hard candy with (or without) a filling from Klockner Hansel Processing Company (Germany). The line includes:
- Two arms manufacturing oval hard candy with a wrapping machine of Theegarten-Pactec Company (EK-2, EK-3);
- one arm manufacturing NORD and VIT hard candy. The productivity of this arm is up to 1 ton per hour. It is equipped with a wrapping complex of Theegarten-Pactec Company (Germany).
Currently we are planning to launch a new hard candy manufacturing line with packing equipment Pactec DW Twist.
The factory also produces sweets in boxes such as Prometheus, Oreshek candy bars, and traditional caramel.
Mariupol Confectionery FactoryThe corporation plans to develop biscuit production at Mariupol factory. For this purpose the following production lines was installed: - Austrian production line for exquisite types of cookies, the productivity of which is about 1,800 kg per hour. The line was put into operation in 2003.
- Danish-German production line for exquisite types of cookies with various filling (nuts, chocolate, raisins). The line was put into operation in spring of 2004.
- Danish-Italian production line for roulettes and sandwiched biscuit pastries. The line was put into operation in spring of 2005.
Mariupol Confectionery Factory also has lines producing fondant, praline, chocolate and waffle sweets and sugar candy, including chocolate-glazed sugar candy.
Lipetsk confectionery factoryLipetsk confectionery factory specializes on production of caramel candies ("Roshen" and "Karamel'kino"), sugar cookies and chocolate-wafer sweets such as "Rusalochka", "Dikiye Lebedi", "Karabas-Barabas" and others. - In August of 2004 was put into operation an automatic line producing hard candy and hard candy with juice filling.
- In 2005 will be put into operation a second automatic line for hard candy.
Lipetsk confectionery factory also has lines for production fondant, praline, jelly candies ("Marmeladnyje palochki" and "Lesnoye Moloko"), fondant non-glazed candies "Linonf Premiera", "Likonf Shkolnyje" and others.
Klaipeda Confectionery FactoryKlaipeda confectionery factory specializes on release lollipops "Lemon and orange lobules" "Barberry", "Mint", "Anise", etc., also caramel "Crabs" and "Halva", caramel as "Roks", and several kinds of a dragee and an toffee. By the end of 2006 it is planned to optimize assortment of production, to improve recipe and design of production, and also to raise productivity of lines.
