Data measuring complex designed for controlling the contents of water in raw material, semifinished and finished products by K.Fisher titration method

ROSHEN Corporation is currently creating an Analytical Center at its Karl Marx Kiev Confectionery Factory. The Center will control the quality of products manufactured by all four confectionery factories of the corporation.

With this purpose, the corporation reconstructed the Quality Control Department and reequipped it with up-to-date measuring complexes. The results of measurements are constantly added to the computer database.

The Center develops and implements new reliable methods for quality monitoring of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. These methods meet the requirements and standards of Ukraine and the EEC. The Center also develops and introduces methods for accelerated tests of finished products to determine their shelf life.

The Analytical Center also certifies specialists responsible for quality control in the production workshops of the corporation.
