Kiev confectionery К. Marx factory was certified in compliance with the international quality standards ISO 2001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005. It is specialized in manufacture of chocolate products (chocolate sweets, slab chocolate) and biscuits. ROSHEN Corporation has installed at the factory such modern European equipment:

• Complex of Swiss equipment Buhler for manufacture of chocolate masses.
• Forming and packing lines of German production (slab chocolate ROSHEN in assortment, premium chocolate Elegance).
• Italian line on manufacture of chocolate slabs with filling (chocolate bars).
• Fully-automated complex of German equipment for manufacture of sweets with liquid filling, with cherry and without it («Cherry in chocolate», «Monte-Cristo», «Around the world»).
• Italian lines for manufacture of chocolate sweets with different kinds of fillings: с цельным / дробленым орехом или без него, с хрустящими шариками и др. cream, praline, with whole / chopped nut or without it, with crispy balls and etc. («Margaret»/«Queen’s dessert», «Assorti»/«Gold assorti», «Variety Show»/«Tet-а-tet», as well as sweets of a premium segment « Mont blank» and «Fairy-tale nut»).
• German-Italian lines for manufacture of chocolate sweets with different types of fillings by “One-Shot” and  “Triple-shot” method («Baroque», «Angaje», «Rococo»,  «Renoir», «Truffle Roshen»).
• Italian line for manufacture of crackers («Hrustik», cracker sweets).
• Italian line for manufacture of double layer cookies with a cream layer - sandwich («Idyll», «Double cream», «Smuglianka», «Multi-Cake»)

Modernized manufacture of sweets «Vecherniy Kiev »,as well as a legendary cake «Kievskiy», which has already became a business card of Kiev and ROSHEN Corporation deserves separate attention. Due to the investments allocated during a period from 2002 until 2006 on expansion and modernization of cake production, release of so-called «fresh cakes» is brought to 25 tons per day.

Vinnitsa confectionery factorywascertified in compliance with the international quality standards ISO 2001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005. It is specialized in manufacture of waffle and jelly products. On high-capacity German and Australian lines production of glazed waffles and non-glazed waffles with different filling and waffle rolls ("Artek Roshen", "Napolitanki", "Krispiki", "Konafetto", "Maggiore Mio", sticks "Stuchka", as well as cakes "Chocolate castle") was set. Jelly products are manufactured on the basis on natural pectin ("Jelly", "Boni-Fruit") and caraginan (“Citrus segments”, “Mad bee Gammy”, “Mad bee Fruity”). Moreover, Vinnitsa confectionery factory manufactures:

• biscuits (cookies «For coffee» with different tastes);
• caramels  («Rachki», «Dubok», «Masquerade», «UPY-Tutty-Fruity»);
• aerated chocolate («Cabaret», «Lux»);
• sweets in chocolate coating with praline filling («Belochka», «Kara-Kum Roshen», «Krasny Mak Roshen»);

Kremenchug confectionary factory was certified in compliance with the international quality standards ISO 2001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, IFS.It is oriented for manufacture of caramel products. Roshen Corporation has installed at the factory high-quality German equipment having no analogues in Ukraine and CIS. Besides various caramel products with filling and without it («Roshen», «Citrus mix», «Shipuchka», «Malibu», «Барбарис», «Duchess», «Mint», «Capri», «Bim-Bom», «Éclair», «Milk drop» and etc.), the factory also manufactures chocolate bars «Oreshek».

Mariupol confectionary factory was certified in compliance with the international quality standards ISO 2001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005. It is specialized in manufacture of biscuit products:

• Swiss biscuit rolls with different fillings;
• Mini-rolls with different fillings «Supermini»;
• Biscuits of type „cookies” («Esmeralda», «Tortinka»);
• Queen biscuit («Pannochka»);
• Fat biscuit («Klaptiki»), with filling («Prykrasa»).

Also the factory produces glazed candies with a pomade corps («Romashka», «Oreshek», «Zadavaka», «Molodezhnye»), as well as caramel in chocolate syrup «Record».

Lipetsk confectionery factory "Likonf", makes products at two production plants – old one is in the city of Lipetsk and a new one is in the village of Sentsovo . At the old plant the products traditional for the Russian market are made:

• chocolate-waffle cakes with powder and different types of fillings («Royal dessert»), manufacture of which is arranged on a new high-performance German line;
• glazed candies with a pomade and jelly filling («Starfish», «Merry pilot», «Flight of swallow», «Flight of petrel», «Bim-Bom», «Likonf Sweetnesses Barbie», «Likonf fruit Jellies sticks», «Lesnoe moloko», «Zolotoy telenok» and etc.);
• sugar cookies («Milk», «For coffee»).

Production plant in Sentsovo is equipped with new unique German lines for manufacture of caramel and candies, namely:

• various caramel with fillings and without («Roshen», «Parochka», «Malibu», «Kapri», «Shipuchka», «Kislinka», «Kamikadze», «Citrus mix», «Eclair», «Karamelkino» and etc.);
• candies glazed with a chocolate, with a taste of nut, chocolate, coffee, cappuccino («Grand Toffy»);
• glazed pomade candies with various fillings – jelly, caramel, pomade, with addition of nuts («Tarantella», «Ricardo», «Gold masterpiece», «Zhelanje» and etc.).

On modern Australian-Italian line manufacture of is jelly candies («Jelly»)    was also arranged. Klaipeda confectionery factory is specialized in manufacture of caramel products ("Lemon and orange segments", "Barberry", "Mint", "Anise" and etc.), and also unique „hand-made” caramels of the type "Roks" («Citrus cocktail», «Roksiki»).
